Մեծ Հայքի Արշակունյաց թագավորության ամենահայտնի թագուհին Փառանձեմն է՝ Արշակ II-ի կինը:

Նա Սյունաց նախարարական տոհմից էր՝ դուստրն Անդոկ /Անտիոք/ Սյունիի, որը IV դարի հայ իրականության ակնառու դեմքերից մեկն ՝ր: Օրիորդ Փառանձեմը «շատ հռչակված էր իր գեղեցկությամբ և պարկեշտությամբ»: Նա ամուսնանում է Արշակ II արքայի եղբորորդի Գնել Արշակունու հետ, կազմում նրա հետ փոխադարձ սիրով ստեղծված ընտանիք:
